Offshore rates come from our published rate card, the same seven roles and two seniority bands we quote from. US figures come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS), May 2025 national estimates, using the published median for mid-level and the 75th percentile for senior. Benefits, recruitment, equipment and management overhead are loaded on top of base salary, and every one of those percentages is editable if your numbers differ from ours.
